REGISTRATION

Registration Policy:

Registration will be confirmed after receiving full payment. Those who do not receive a confirmation notice before the conference are requested to contact the registration secretariat at [email protected]

The date of payment is decisive for the registration fee. Even if the registration form is received before the above mentioned early bird or regular deadlines, it will not be considered as early or regular registration if the payment has not been received.

Registration Fees include:

• Attendance to all sessions
• Entrance to exhibition area
• Conference materials
• Refreshments to be served during the Conference Program (coffee breaks and lunches)
• Welcome Reception

Cancellation Policy

Requests for registration cancellation must be received in writing by the WFC 2023 Registration Secretariat (SCALA MICE ) via e-mail to [email protected]

Name changes are possible for the same type of registration. It will not be possible on-site. The organizing committee cannot be held responsible for double registration nor visa refusal. In these cases, cancellation policy will be applied.

• Cancellations received before or on September 30, 2023 - an administrative fee of 50 Euro will be applied
• Cancellations received on or after October 01, 2023 - no refund

Please note that registration refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of WFC 2023, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
